Tools & Tricks of Successful Project Managers

Tools & Tricks of Successful Project Managers

Sharp project management is a business necessity— the alternative is an expensive way to wreak havoc on relationships and profitability.  Creating the environment for a profitable organization begins with excellence in your firm’s project management system.  At the core of what firms do, strategically and intelligently executing projects from proposal to solution fuels growth, creates opportunities, and sustains a strong commitment to your team and your clients.  Understand what conditions in your firm will help facilitate this excellence and growth—or hinder it.

What you will learn:

1) The critical role projects play in your firm
2) Essential criteria for a successful and profitable project
3) The technical, financial, marketing and managerial roles and responsibilities of a PM
4) Best practices in communication, client expectations, risk management, team formation and performance, and project monitoring
