ACEC/MN Benefits Survey

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Minnesota's (ACEC/MN) benefits survey is conducted every other year to collect information on benefits, perks and general firm policies for the purpose of sharing this data with the consulting engineering community.

ACEC/MN Salary Survey

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Minnesota's (ACEC/MN) salary survey is conducted annually for the purpose of collecting information on salaries, bonuses and profit sharing in consulting engineering firms. The information is shared with the consulting engineering community.

Both member and non-member firms are invited to participate in the surveys. Firms that complete and return the surveys receive a copy of the results at no cost. Firms that do not complete and return the surveys may purchase copies of the results ($100 for members, $200 for non-members).

These surveys are valuable for several reasons:

• They are local surveys - the information is gathered from Minnesota engineering firms only.
• The salary survey results are compiled according to overall results and reports the average, minimum, maximum and median salaries for not only engineering positions but technical and office personal as well.
• The information can be a valuable retention and recruiting tool.

NOTE: Data submitted in these surveys must by law be based on the firm's most recently concluded fiscal year.
